Return Policy

Returns

1.Our policy lasts 15 days. If 15 days have gone by since your order delivered, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.

2.To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

3.Several types of goods are exempt from being returned. Perishable goods such as food, flowers, newspapers or magazines cannot be returned. We also do not accept products that are intimate or sanitary goods, hazardous materials, or flammable liquids or gases.

4.*To start a return, you can contact us at keluodaofficial@hotmail.com. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.


Damages & Issues

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.


Exceptions / non-returnable items

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on final sale items, freebies or gift cards.

1. Underwear which is a kind of intimates, cannot be returned or exchanged considering of hygienic problems, except for the item arrives damaged or faulty when delivered to you.

2. Final Sale products and accessories cannot be returned unless the item arrives damaged or faulty when delivered to you. Accessories include jewelry, gloves, handbags, hats, belts, scarves, watches, sunglasses, pins, stockings, bow ties, leggings, ties, etc.

Exchanges (if applicable)

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at keluodaofficial@hotmail.com.

If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to you.

If the item wasn’t marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will send a refund to the gift giver and he will find out about your return.


Refunds(if applicable)

1. We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.

2. However, be sure to update tracking number & logistics carrier in Returns Center or provide us via email as soon as you ship your return.

3. For the health and safety of our team, we only have a small and very limited team on-site. We will process all returns and refunds in 5 business days, but there may be delays due to limited staffing.

Additional Notes(if applicable)

1. If it is the case that you don't want the item you bought or you choose the wrong item, you'll be responsible for the shipping fee occurred. So please double check the product information, especially the size chart before purchase. We really appreciate your patience.

2. Please note that we will not refund the shipping costs and/or any duties and taxes incurred, except for the item arrives damaged or faulty when delivered to you, the package lost or damaged, etc.

3. Please do not send your return to the address on your package. This is not the return address and will affect processing your return. Our after-sales warehouse is in the United States, where we will receive and process the returned products. However, we are now trying to set up more warehouses for the return in other countries.

Currently, bubblems haven't authorized any third party for business purposes. Any purchases in any other third party are out of our warranty.


Black Friday / Cyber Monday return policy
All orders placed with any of our Black Friday / Cyber Monday discount codes are only eligible for a return for store credit, no exchanges or refunds. If you purchase an item that is marked as final sale, the item is not eligible for any form of a return. We do not offer price adjustments for any previous orders.
